Winter Recipe: White Mocha ❄️

Winterrecept: White Mocha ❄️

Winter calls for warmth, comfort, and something special. What better way to indulge than this creamy White Mocha with a hint of coconut? The smoothness of white chocolate, the sweet touch of coconut, and the deep flavor of our Sulawesi coffee come together perfectly, especially after a long winter walk. These unique coffee beans from Sulawesi create a bold, intense base with a deep, smoky first sip. Combined with the creamy richness of white chocolate and milk, the result is a warm drink with intense flavors and a soft, wintry twist.

Ingredients:

🍫 2–3 pieces of white chocolate (adjust to your taste)
☕ Double espresso (for example, our Sulawesi coffee)
🥛 Milk for frothing. We recommend fresh whole milk for latte art, but plant-based options work too!
 🥥 Finely shredded coconut

How to make the White Mocha?

  • Step 1: Decorate the rim  Melt a small amount of white chocolate and dip the rim of your glass or mug into it. Roll the rim in shredded coconut and let it set.
  • Step 2: Brew your espresso  Prepare a double espresso as usual. Using a smaller glass or prefer a milder espresso flavor? A single shot works too!
  • Step 3: Melt the white chocolate  Place 2–3 pieces of white chocolate in your glass or mug. Pour the freshly brewed espresso and stir until the chocolate melts.
  • Step 4: Froth the milk  Froth your milk to create a silky microfoam. Plant-based milk, like oat milk, also works well for this recipe! Consider using less chocolate for balance.
  • Step 5: Latte art & enjoy  Pour the frothed milk over your espresso and melted chocolate. Try your hand at latte art or keep it simple (bonus points for winter-themed latte art!).

Take your time, enjoy the process, and warm yourself with the rich flavors of this White Mocha. It’s perfect for a cozy day at home or to impress friends during a gathering. The best part? It’s easy to make and adds a little extra joy to those cold winter days. So, grab your barista tools and whip up your own White Mocha.
